Oh, the wonderful thing about Tiggers is,
Tiggers are wonderful chaps.
They're loaded with vim and vigor.
They love to leap in your lap.
They're jumpy, bumpy, clumpy, thumpy,
Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun!
But the most wonderful thing about Tiggers is ...
"Look unto Me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth." Not for merit was salvation, the promise was to all who looked. To look is surely within the Power of everyone. One look suffices. Salvation follows. Look and you are saved from despair. Look and you are saved from care. Look and you are saved from worry. Look, and into you there flows a peace beyond all understanding, a Power new and vital, a Joy wonderful indeed. Look and keep looking. Doubt flees, Joy reigns, and Hope conquers. Life, Eternal Life, is yours - revitalizing, renewing.
I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10
If you are ever in the bookstore you should pick up the book God Calling. It is like a daily devotional, and it is very inspirational. I know Judy, Rich, Dave and other’s have the book and read it every day. I am amazed at how it ministers for that particular day. You can get the book at Heritage House; Border’s or even view it online. Just google Two Listener’s and it will take you right to the website.
The reason I encourage you to get the book is that almost every Tuesday evening at Bible Study Rich will read the passage for that day. It never fails it always lines up with what was discussed at Bible Study. I mentioned it once before in one of the bulletins because it encouraged me every day at work, I had it on my desktop. I remember one day I was in the midst of a battle. When I read the passage for that day on my desk top it said “face the storm; feel the thrill of protection and safety from Me within you.” Think of Jesus on the boat with His disciples when the storm arose, did He not face it head on? I watch the Deadliest Catch after Bible Study on Tuesday’s and they face some perilous storms. The other night they encountered twenty-foot swells and 80-100mph winds. Do you think the captain turned around and went home? Absolutely not! They faced the storm head on and pulled up their pots full of Alaskan king crab.
That is how it should be for us. In fighting battles and the storms of life don’t give up or don’t retreat; Stand your ground! Rest in Christ. Rest in the power of the Holy Spirit; Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. Zechariah 4:6. Jesus said in Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all [ye] that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. O my dear saints if we would only learn to come to Christ. He is our all in all. He is the source for all of our needs. Jesus is our sufficiency- Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency [is] of God. II Corinthians 3:5. The Lord told the Apostle Paul concerning his thorn in the flesh, and he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. II Corinthians 12:9 Don’t delay run to Jesus. His grace and mercy are more than enough to get you through every storm and every trial of life. The disciples did not rebuke the wind and the waves, Jesus did. I heard a preacher this past week say that Jesus isn’t enough we must pray to angels. I thought that this man is in grave error and when did our Lord and Saviour become insufficient? When has Jesus Christ of Nazareth never been enough? This has bothered me all week. Evidently this man preaching doesn’t know Jesus. Why my dear saints Jesus is watching over you every minute of every day. He said, And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any [man] pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave [them] me, is greater than all; and no [man] is able to pluck [them] out of my Father's hand. John 10:28-29
May the grace of our Lord be upon you. May His strength be made perfect in your weakness.

Because it is late and I'm tired, I am going to write a very brief message. Over the past couple of months I have faced many challenges. Not bad things, just the challenges of every day life. I have spent much time praying( on my way back and forth to work, for a few minutes during breaks, and a little bit at night), reading the word, and meditating on the things of God. I have come to the conclusion that our heavenly Father is in control of everything, and I am in charge of nothing. I can plan all I want, but God is still in control. He can change my plans in the twinkling of an eye without any notice. I have also learned that He is faithful. He does exactly what He has promised. Believe me, I am speaking from first hand experience. I just wanted to take a moment to give testimony of the goodness of God. Have faith or as Smith Wigglesworth would say, "only believe". Draw nigh to the Father and He will draw nigh unto you.

It is late so I will be brief. Like you I face many different trials. I had some specific prayers I lifted up before the Lord. God has an amazing way of working. The Holy Spirit ministered to me in very specific ways throughout the whole day answering one request at a time, and in very random ways. In example on my desktop at work;through a radio program I haven't heard in years; and a preacher I listen to on the way home from work every day. It didn't make everything go away, but the Lord greatly encouraged me. More than anything, I believe the situations we face are nothing more than the test of our faith. Do we press on and press in? Or do we easily give up? Are you of little faith? Or would Jesus say to you, "I have not seen such great faith". I guess that great faith would produce this statement as we stand before the Lord someday, "well done good and faithful servant".
Good Night and God Bless,

I would like to wish all of you a very blessed Easter. I wish I had a little more time to update my messages, but I have a full time job and I am trying to complete a Biblical Studies Course. Yet somehow I would like squeeze in a short blog everyday. It would be uplifting while causing one to think as well. We should ponder the things of God. I constantly think about God and His kingdom and I would like to share some of those thoughts with you. Just a thought. Anyway check back soon and lets see what happens.
May our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Bless You,

Morning Prayer Dear heavenly, everyday seems to be so busy and rushed. But I need to stop and meditate upon Your word for a moment before rushing into the day.Forgive me for not thinking of You more often throughout the day, and for not asking for your help in making decisions. Lord please order my steps and let my life be a witness and a testimony before all those I come in contact with throughout the day. My I be filled with Your joy, and may Your praises be continually upon my lips In Jesus Name, Amen

The Shepherds and the Angels
adapted from the Bible
And there were shepherds in the same country abiding in the field, and keeping watch by night over their flock. And an angel of the Lord stood by them and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Be not afraid; for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which shall be to all the people: for there is born to you this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this is the sign unto you; ye shall find a babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, and lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying:
Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, Good will toward men.
And it came to pass, when the angels went away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing that is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us. And they came with haste, and found Mary and Joseph and the babe lying in the manger. And when they saw it, they made known concerning the saying which was spoken to them about this child. And all that heard it wondered at the things which were spoken unto them by the shepherds. But Mary kept all these sayings, pondering them in her heart. And the shepherds returned glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, even as it was spoken unto them.
And when eight days were fulfilled his name was called:
JESUS
God heals people, He saves people, He anoints, commissions etc. to which I have no doubt. We lift petitions up to the Lord for a variety of different things, but lets be honest how many prayers seem to go unanswered? Let me answer that question. Firstly we think that God should act in a definite way. We have certain expectations, and when it doesn’t work out the way we deemed it to immediately we are disappointed with God, The problem is we didn’t listen to the Holy Spirit we focused instead on our preconceived notions.
Why then do I write this? Because many of us have faced surgeries, infirmities, or afflictions that don’t seem to desist. We pray and pray and pray and still no answer. Don't let it deter you. Don't let it get you down. God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit are still very much at work. Draw strength from the words of the Apostle Paul;
Ye know how through infirmity of the flesh I preached the gospel unto you at the first. And my temptation which was in my flesh ye despised not, nor rejected; but received me as an angel of God, [even] as Christ Jesus. Where is then the blessedness ye spake of? for I bear you record, that, if [it had been] possible, ye would have plucked out your own eyes, and have given them to me. (Galatians 4:13-15)
